Consultative Engagement

Consultative Engagement

Engagement for hospital with established Physician Relations Specialist:

Many hospitals already have a dedicated staff resource for physician-relationship management, but are interested in establishing greater accountability and integrating the right tools for tracking and managing the program.

The Consultative engagement level is the perfect solution for hospitals that:

  • Have in-house staff dedicated to physician-relationship management full-time.
  • Are seeking greater accountability and measurability for the PRM efforts and integrating the right tools for tracking/managing their program.
  • Want to enhance the bottom line by bolstering physician alignment and influencing referral patterns.

Management Support & Accountability

Aegis will dedicate two high-level staff resources to manage your hospital’s PRM program. An Aegis vice president will provide ongoing program support and evaluation, insight into trends in physician relationship management, and frequent written updates. A separate IT professional from Aegis will serve as a liaison for technical support, issue management, oversight of database development, ongoing database support and organization of special projects and database marketing campaigns.

Sales Planning & Management

Aegis provides initial and ongoing sales training for your in-house PRM representative, helps identify and regularly evaluates program performance metrics, assists in developing a written physician sales plan, generates monthly and quarterly physician market reviews that assess physician sales targets as well as identify future activities and opportunities, and creates hospital-branded sales collateral material targeting PCPs that include educational articles highlighting hospital-aligned specialists.

PRISM Software

Aegis will train your hospital users how to effectively use our exclusive PRM software, developed specifically for collected and tracking information about the needs of physicians. We also provide support for annual updates and development upgrades.

Comprehensive Reports

Automatically generated reports provided to the hospital contacts responsible for the PRM program include activities, issue overview, trended issues, market intelligence, and physician and practice profiles.
