Key to Aegis’ Employer Relationship Management and hospital marketing strategy is the introduction of a highly trained, full-time employee called an Employer Relations Specialist (ERS).
The ERS is hired, trained, compensated and managed by Aegis, but held accountable to the execution of a strategy developed with hospitals like yours. Technically an employee of Aegis, the ERS carries a hospital business card and is the hospital marketing representative responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with area employers. The ERS must bring value to the hospital team, which is why we work closely together in selecting and hiring the right individual for the position and hospital’s culture.
Once on board, the ERS undergoes thorough training at Aegis’ corporate training center in Nashville and participates in the hospital’s orientation program.They also take part in the Aegis-led implementation meeting during which senior representatives define the employer market segmentation strategy as well as establish program objectives and measurement.
