Pearson Talbert

Mr. Talbert, President of Aegis Health Group, joined the Company as Chief Development Officer in December of 2009 and President in April of 2011. Immediately prior to joining Aegis, he served as vice president of sales and business development for Ingram & Associates, an affiliate of AIM Healthcare Services Inc. He spent the first several years of his healthcare career managing business office and national payer relations for a large publicly traded healthcare organization.  He earned an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN.

Lori Copeland

Ms. Copeland has been with Aegis since its founding in 1989, first as Controller, then as CFO. She was elected to the company's board of directors in 2006. She holds a B.S. in finance from The University of Tennessee. Lori is active in the Nashville community and currently volunteers her time as treasurer for Villa Maria Manor and is a board member at Father Ryan High School.

Rochell Pierce

Ms. Pierce has a 14 year background of successful product development and superior multi-state clinical operations management. Ms. Pierce began her career working in a clinical capacity in psychiatric hospital and community mental health center settings. She has since worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings to assist client facilities in the development, management and marketing of new psychiatric and primary care service lines. She earned a B.A. from Brescia College and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University. Ms. Pierce joined Aegis in 2007 and works with client hospitals to develop strategic physician sales and relationship management programs.

Yale Miller

Yale began his career at Aegis in 1994 in the department of Field Operations. Subsequently serving as Aegis' first Employer Relations Specialist, Regional Account Manager and Vice President Market Operations, Mr. Miller has had a hand in helping Aegis grow its offerings to meet the needs of hospital clients, while establishing measurable internal metrics and client outcomes. Yale is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and in his spare time enjoys reading, cooking and wine, and running.

Bill Walker

William “Bill” Walker came to Aegis Health Group as Vice President Information Technology Services in 2011.  Before joining the Aegis team, he was a leader in application development and implementation for a healthcare industry software developer specializing in credentialing and quality/clinical care. Previously he provided application development for Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  He has extensive experience working in software development and data analysis and attended Louisiana State University.  Bill is a veteran of the First Gulf War, serving in the U.S. Navy.

Lou Everhart

Mrs. Everhart joined Aegis in 1995 as a Graphic Designer and became Creative Director in 1999. She was named Vice President of Creative Services in 2003. Mrs. Everhart has been the driving force behind the growth of Aegis’ in-house creative department into it’s own entity, doing design work for businesses in various sectors from healthcare to retail. Lou holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee. In her spare time she enjoys exercising and spending time with husband John, their son and two dogs.

Dave Carney

Dave joined Aegis in 2008 as Vice President of Business Development. His 25 year career began working for several hospitals -both investor owned and not-for-profit. Prior to Aegis, Dave worked with GE Healthcare where he sold Six Sigma based consulting services to healthcare systems. In addition to his Six Sigma Green Belt, Dave has a BBA from the University of Cincinnati and a MBA from Xavier University.

Susan Cheatham

Ms. Cheatham began with Aegis in 2006 serving as Vice President, Market Operations, managing a diverse portfolio of clients across the country. She is an experienced healthcare professional with expertise in operations, program planning and development, project management and new program launch. She has initiated and expanded health promotion/disease prevention programs for major U.S. corporations. Susan holds a MBA from Belmont University, a M.S. in Health Education from the University of Tennessee and a B.A. in English from Colorado State University. She is married and has lived in Nashville for 20 years.

Anita Van Melle

Ms. Van Melle rejoined Aegis in January 2008 as VP, Market Operations. She holds an honors B.P.E. in Physical Education/ Kinesiology from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She has had over 25 years of experience in the health care industry and manufacturing management. This experience includes pharmaceutical and Corporate Wellness contract sales, COO of a manufacturing facility, Board of Trustee member of a hospital, as well as being employed by Aegis for 3 years as an Employer Relations Specialist for a client hospital. Anita is married and has two sons.

Debora Glennon

Debora Glennon joined Aegis as Director of Marketing in 2010 and is responsible for overseeing marketing, public relations and electronic communications/social media. Debora has more than 15 years’ experience in marketing, sales, advertising and communications. Immediately prior to joining Aegis, she held various management positions at Nortel Networks. Debora holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in humanities from Florida State University in Tallahassee and an MBA from Stetson University. She sits on the board of directors for St. Mary’s Villa Early Development Center and is an executive member the Nashville Opera Guild.

Casandra Graham

Casandra Graham joined Aegis Health Group in 2012 as Vice President of Business Development. Most recently, Ms. Graham served as Client Sales Executive for Aim Healthcare (Optum), where she was received the 2010 President's Club Award. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Purdue University in Indiana where she was a member of the Purdue Musical Organization.

Emily Bull

Emily Bull joined Aegis in November 2006 as a Market Specialist, and was later promoted to Senior Market Specialist as well as supporting the Creative team before taking on her current role as Director of Operations. Previously, she served as a graphic designer, marketing director for a credit union, and an event planning specialist. Mrs. Bull holds a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee and a B.A. in Digital Design from American Intercontinental University. In her spare time, she enjoys sports, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
