Roland Wussow

Mr. Wussow has 35 years' experience in the healthcare field. Prior to founding The Wussow Group, a Brentwood, TN-based strategic communications management firm in 1986, and co-founding Aegis in 1989, he served in staff and management positions with Mayo Clinic, the National Cancer Institute, Miami Valley Hospital and HCA. He has a B.A. in business administration from Winona State University, and an M.A. in journalism from the University of Missouri.

Michael Barton

Mr. Barton is a retired executive and healthcare entrepreneur with considerable experience in the development, growth and strategic transition of several provider-side healthcare corporations. He began his career with Hospital Affiliates International and among other accomplishments, Mike founded Hospital Management Professionals and Health Horizons, Inc. He has a B.A. from Wilmington College and an M.B.A. from Georgia Southern University. Mike joined Aegis’ Board in 1996 and is a key contributor to the direction of the Company’s operating and growth strategy. Mr. Barton chairs the Board’s Management Compensation Committee.

Clyde Bright

Mr. Bright is Managing Partner of Collinsworth, Bright and Company, P.C., a Nashville-Tennessee-based business management and tax consulting firm. Clyde is a nationally recognized expert on corporate tax and business valuation issues. Mr. Bright has served on Aegis’ Board since 2000 and chairs the Company’s Audit and Tax Committees. Clyde has a B.S. in accounting from Austin Peay University.

Lori Copeland

Ms. Copeland has been with Aegis since its founding in 1989, first as Controller, then as CFO. She was elected to the company's board of directors in 2006. She holds a B.S. in finance from The University of Tennessee. Lori is active in the Nashville community and currently volunteers her time as treasurer for Villa Maria Manor and is a board member at Father Ryan High School.

Henry Ross

Henry Ross joined the board in 2004, serving as CEO of Aegis Health Group from 2007 - 2011.  His career in healthcare spans nearly three decades with ten of them at Aegis. Henry has a B.A. from Texas Tech University and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. Upon retirement from Aegis in April 2011 he remains an active board member as a key contributor to the company's strategic direction.
